  Unconscionable negligence!!
  On the 2.12.22 we put our vehicle in for new springs with pedders Heidelberg in readiness for our family driving holiday to Qld in our caravan. Fully loaded with adults and kids, a 16ft van and all the gear, we noticed a new sound coming from the rear wheels on the freeway. It was worrying enough for us to unhook the van and take the car to a tyre place for a checkover. BOTH REAR WHEELS HAD SEVERELY LOOSE WHEEL NUTS. What kind of "professional" doesn't tighten and recheck the wheel nuts on a job? Both wheels were dangerously loose, not even finger-tight. Honestly, if we weren't aware drivers we could have been the cause of a catastrophic accident on this trip. Your staff put my family's lives, and potentially the lives and property of many others, at great risk these holidays. I recommend an extensive audit of your practices.

  Took our car in for a $28 suspension and steering assessment. I've been to Pedders before but different branches and always had good service. So far this is the best I've been to. Large clean showroom/waiting area and a few off-street parking spots on VERY busy Waterdale Rd. It can be tricky to turn in and out from the business due to the near constant flow of heavy traffic. Our car was ready on time. The staff member who helped us was very knowledgeable and familiar with the car we had tested. He was very patient and explained the issues the car had with detailed diagrams and illustrations. He patiently answered our questions and offerred solutions to resolve the problems with firm prices on a written quote. The garage area inside seems very tidy and professionally set up. Very pleased with our experience here and will definitely be back.

  As a car enthusiast, workshop choice is tough. The team at Pedders are the right choice.
  
  They finished their work on my pride and joy earlier than expected, slightly cheaper than the original quote, and plenty of care and attention was shown throughout.
  
  Really knowledgeable team and the quality of the work looks great. I'll definitely be back for more upgrades

  The whole crew here are extremely friendly and helpful. I rocked up first thing in the morning with no notice and they had my car fixed within a few hours!! Definitely going back there and recommend to anyone

  Called the company and found the staff member to be polite and professional. When work is required will be head there.
